The project was planned around the client’s need for private and semi-private spaces across several work areas, giving employees dedicated places for communication and discussion.
Across four floors, the office plan had to support private calls, internal communication, video discussions, visitor reception, small group talks, and short meeting needs within the new workplace layout.

The project did not use one booth size for every office area. Instead, the office pod plan combined 1P, 4P, and 6P booths so different communication needs could be matched with different capacity levels across the four-floor office layout.

The 1P booths were planned for individual communication points, while the 4P and 6P booths were assigned to small meeting and discussion needs across the office layout. Booth Placement Planning Across Four Office Floors
The project started with workstation layout planning, followed by planning how different booth sizes would be distributed across the four-floor office space.
Booth placement was planned in relation to nearby workstation areas, with wall-side positions preferred where possible. Where conditions allowed, the doors were oriented toward the corridor for easier access.
Instead of applying one placement rule to every floor, the layout plan matched each booth capacity with the surrounding work tasks.

Site Conditions and Packing Adjustment
Before production and packing, the project’s specific site access and on-site handling conditions should be confirmed with our project team.
The unloading point was about 100 meters from the elevator. The ground condition was uneven, and forklift access was not suitable for the moving path. Because the booths had to be moved across the site before assembly, the packing method needed to support easier sorting, handling, and movement after arrival.
Project-Specific Packing Adjustment
For this project, the original full-box packing method was adjusted to a loose packing arrangement.
Large booth components were packed separately by part type, including panels, ceiling parts, and base sections. Sequence numbers and product size information were marked on the packages to help the site team identify, sort, and organize the products by floor after arrival.

Before final packing, different booth sizes and model types were trial-assembled to confirm that all components were complete before delivery.
